This includes guiding you through any possible floor plan changes or customization that is available to you, preparing you for the meetings with your builder. Design boards are available within this package or through hourly billing.
New Build Consulting
Want your home to look polished and complete? Do you want to incorporate accessories and books that reflect your personality and style? Home styling is just that, adding the finishing touches with home decor and accessories to give your space a finished look. At an hourly rate + cost of goods we can shop accessories for you and style them in your home.
In staging your home to sell, we come in and arrange existing furniture and decor you already have. This can be valuable to real estate agents as an included service or for individuals looking to get the most money out of the sale of their home.
